South Franklin Circle Residents Get Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Radius Restaurant

Anyone for a cool, refreshing Moscow Mule?  How about a Lobster Lollipop? Why not try a from-scratch French Macaroon?

Is your mouth watering yet?

These were just a few of the delicacies South Franklin Circle residents sampled during a “behind-the-scenes” guided tour of Radius lead by Catering and Events Coordinator Karen Nadeau. The private fine-dining restaurant at South Franklin Circle is available to residents, families and their friends. Radius serves dinner Tuesday—Sunday, 5:00 p.m.—9:00 p.m. and Sunday Brunch 11:00 a.m.—1:30 p.m.

First Stop—Radius Serving Kitchen

South Franklin Circle Executive Chef Chris Koshar warmly welcomed residents and explained how the serving kitchen worked. As the prep cooks readied items for the evening’s menu, Chef Chris offered Lobster Lollipop appetizers for residents to sample.

Second Stop—Prep Kitchen

Pastry Chef Ariel Galun has the job most people envy—she spends her day creating delectable desserts from scratch for Radius diners. While explaining her job, Ariel tempted residents’ taste buds with a dish of pink-colored French Macaroons, similar in texture and taste to almond cookies.
