More than 240 associates, residents, friends and family members registered as a part of the Judson team and collectively, is proud to have raised over $3,600 for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Judson’s partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association and participation in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s embodies our mission of Bringing Community to Life. Judson is accredited by Comfort Matters, a person-centered health practice dedicated to improving the quality of care and the quality of life for those living with dementia. The first step in designing a care plan that is unique to each individual, is to understand the totality of each person.
The Alzheimer’s Association’s mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is more than a walk. It calls on participants to unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions.
The 2019 Walk welcomed over 4,000 walkers from 382 teams. The Cleveland Area Chapter has raised over $439,000 of their $534,000 fundraising goal to help end Alzheimer’s.
We are proud of our partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association of Cleveland and look forward to further supporting the search for a cure to end Alzheimer’s disease. We are all committed to the cause of finding Alzheimer’s First Survivor!
