Participants could choose from five creative art opportunities, including ever popular gingerbread houses. Guests of all ages (the youngest was three months old!), delighted in these very creative and edible constructions. Volunteers and staff provided valuable instruction and guidance in the supportive environment of Judson’s Expressive Arts Center.
Designed by Judson Art Therapist Cathy Bryan, Family Art Days provide residents, family and friends with fun, stimulating and action-oriented art opportunities to foster connection, enjoyment and communication. These themed art events accommodate all ages and ability levels through adapted media in a relaxed studio setting.
Family Art Days occur on Saturdays through 2013.
