South Franklin Circle achieved "highest honors" in overall satisfaction in a survey of current member residents conducted by independent industry consultant, Holleran. The report noted that an unprecedented 90 percent of member residents responded to the survey, well above the industry average of 79 percent.  In addition, nearly 96 of respondants would recommend South Franklin Circle to friends.
