From simple help around the home to performing vital personal medical care, Judson's Smart Living professionals are here when you need us. You choose the services and support you need - we devise a plan that meets those needs. And because you are in control, you tell us when your needs change.
Programs and Services
Smart Living at Home Membership
Smart Living at Home Members wish to live independently and still
be able to access the quality of Judson programs if desired.
Judson offers the flexibility to select from a menu of at-home
services in order to design a personal plan. Membership
provides you with exclusive discounts on Judson programs that are
comprehensive and coordinated. As a Smart Living at Home
Member you will have access to a Judson Consultation Team that is
available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.
Smart Living Professional
A Smart Living Professional can assist you with household
management, whether it's completing insurance forms, medication
monitoring, shopping, transportation or an array of other
tasks. Our problem-solving professional will partner with you
to feel confident and secure.
Home Care Services
Home Care Services features carefully screened, trained and
supervised assistants who work with our professional nursing and
health and wellness staff to keep you comfortable and safe in your
home. Assistance is available 24-hours-a-day,
seven-days-a-week, and is tailored to meet your individual
preferences.
Smart Living at Home is a Judson program that brings the trusted Judson name to individuals in their homes, on their terms. You can easily customize our services to your specifications, so you only pay for the services you want, when you need them. Be proactive about your future.
